What a great first practice back the new year.
The Band consisted of 35-plus players; the biggest we have had for a year or so (with 10 of these being Trombones).
We welcomed 2 new members, and the return of The NZ Army’s Band MAP Program, with 10 members from around the Pacific Islands joining us this year.
We feel honored and privileged to be asked again to be part of these MAP’s students wider Brass Band experience, and we look forward to another great year with our new Pacific Island friends.
